The Loft

The Loft is a flexible, inspiring space that serves as a 3rd space by day with booth rentals for hairstylists, tattoo artists, coffee vendors, and other creatives. By night, it transforms into the perfect setting for intimate gatherings, workshops, private events, small productions, or pop-ups, fostering connection and creativity.

Community Center

The Community Center is a spacious, versatile venue ideal for large markets, events, and productions. Paired with The Lot, it offers an expansive, industrial-inspired setting with an open layout, perfect as a blank canvas for your vision. Equipped with sound options and adaptable setups, the space accommodates your needs—whether you bring your own infrastructure or prefer turnkey solutions.

The Salon & Gallery at PSSTUDIO is a minimal, art-forward space for stylists, tattoo artists, and other creatives. During the day, it operates as a working salon with chair and booth rentals, surrounded by rotating artwork and a steady flow of creative energy.
